(Monday October 13th) What an amazing way to bring in the month of October, during bullying awareness month, for the 4th grade girls at RCA. On Wednesday October 9th, the RCA girls received a special visit from young actress, Priah Ferguson, who is a Celebrity Godparent, for the Saving Our Daughters organization, as she is best known for her amazing role as ‘Erica Sinclair’ in the hit Netflix series “Stranger Things”.
Priah was so excited to visit the RCA 4th Grade girls, to mentor her younger peers concerning bullying; the acting business; and some of personal ups & downs on peer to peer friendships in school. The 4th grade Cinderellas also had plenty of questions for Priah, that focused on how she prepares for her auditions; to how Priah feels about inspiring little girls who like to follow their dreams of becoming an inspiring actress.
Priah’s Cinderella visit was completed by a special tour of RCA, which was led by some of the older girls at the school.
Priah and her mom also surprise the Cinderellas with a yummy ice cream cake!!! What an amazing mentoring day for the RCA 4th grade Cinderellas!!
