Since its’ founding, Saving Our Daughters’ Cinderella Program (co-founded by actress and singer, Keke Palmer), has had the honor of many young actors joining the program to mentor their peers. The young celebrity Godparents use their experiences on popular television shows and films, to instill valuable life lessons, using art.
So, the Saving Our Daughters organization is thrilled to have their first Junior Correspondent and Journalist, Ms. Tiana Sheree Sirmans, to become a Celebrity Godparent.
On Friday, February 21st, Tiana shared her amazing experiences about her career in Journalism and being a Correspondent, for her Cinderellas at the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware; as the girls all had an opportunity to receive hands on experience from Tiana on becoming a KIDS REPOTER!! WOW!!
Tiana was the youngest reporter for TIME Magazine for Kids during the 2018-2019 school year. She is also the youngest member in the history of the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists organization.
At such a young age, Tiana is being recognized as a leader in this demanding & competitive industry. Tiana’s journalist and correspondent talents have also appeared on 6ABC, NBC10, “The Kelly Clarkson Show”, “Good Morning America” and “Access Hollywood”. In addition, Tiana is a contributor for Thrive Global where her focus is to use her voice to help young children have healthier and stress-free lives.

Tiana Sheree Sirmans is a junior correspondent and journalist taking the world by storm! She has a passion for storytelling, meeting new people, and learning new things. She realized very early on that these things make up a great journalist.
At eight years old, Tiana became the youngest reporter for TIME Magazine for Kids for the 2018-2019 school year. She is also the youngest member in Philadelphia Association of Black Journalist history. Tiana has appeared on 6ABC, NBC10, “The Kelly Clarkson Show”, Good Morning America, “Access Hollywood” and “Philly Live”.
During the National Association of Black Journalist 2019 Conference, Tiana quickly made a name for herself by standing tall with over 4,000 journalists (also being the youngest one there) asking questions during panel discussions to Ice Cube, Michael B. Jordan, Miss America, Storm Reid, Tom Joyner and many others. She recently completed internships with Arianna Huffington at Thrive Global and with Mario Lopez at “Access Hollywood”. She also just nailed her first red carpet event for the “Addams Family” Movie Premiere where she interviews big hitters such as Snoop Dogg and Charlize Theron.
Tiana is the “resident reporter” at her school. She is a 4th grade student that enjoys helping at her school whenever she is needed and uses her passion for journalism to help get important messages out to the students, parents and school community. Tiana’s immediate goal is to start her own talk show to help kids. Tiana is an advocate for anti-bullying and loves teaching other girls how to stand up for themselves and others. She is always thinking about ways to help kids have a better life. Tiana is a bright student with an even brighter future. She will certainly go on to make a difference in the world.
